The gooseneck helps in control of the water while pouring that helps in proper balance and pouring. Daily practice on this kettle gives you more consistency and helps to improve your brewing standard .

The beautiful spout design helps in controlling the water flow avoiding the disturbance during the rotation. Look at the cut of it and pouring on it just makes it smoooothh and you will just fall in love with it . Now this helps in better brewing.

This Gooseneck kettle is known as a First Generation of its kind and look at this classic handle which is super easy to grab , giving you more control over the kettle . Apparently the handle is designed considering the body movement of the Barista while pouring. If you can see there is a finger lock when you grab it which comforts and gives your more control over the pouring .
